How do I efficiently restore finance apps to a designated group on iPhone?

How do I easily put finance apps back in a designated finance group

I've tried dragging and dropping but to no avail after one or two have been moved

by “designated group” I assume you mean a home screen folder. You do it by dragging, but there is a “quirk” (bug?) that makes it very tricky to drag an icon to a folder that is on the left or right edge of the Home screen. What I do is drag the folder to the middle of the row, add apps to it, and then put it back where I want it.
