Unpaid balance on Apple ID after subscription cancellation

Hello,I contacted your regarding an unpaid balance on my Apple ID ,I live in Iran and I don’t have access to any payment methods or gift cards.the purchase /subscription was not used.i already cancelled the subscription but the unpaid balance remains, please help me remove or cancel this unpaid charge.thank you
