iPhone 17 Pro screen flickers blue at the top

I recently purchased an iphone 17pro 256GB (blue) and I see a flickr on the top of the screen often when using the phone. Its like a blue color flickr which comes in the top part of the phone.

Tried restarting the phone, adjusting display settings and brightness but it does not go away. The phone is on the latest software as well. I can confirm that there was no water impact or any type of physical damage.

What could possibly be an issue here?
