Getting rid of Apple Intelligence data from ProactiveHarvesting.Mail folder

I was trying to figure out why my hard drive was losing all its free space, and I found a folder at:

~/Library/Biome/streams/restricted/ProactiveHarvesting.Mail

that was 28.17 GB. I believe this is related to Apple Intelligence mail summaries. I shut off summaries in Mail settings and also turned off Apple Intelligence. The folder is still there, however. How to I get rid of that folder the right way? I can delete it obviously, but I don't want to mess anything up. Shouldn't it have cleaned up after itself after it was turned off? Thanks.
