Messages and FaceTime wrong iPhone after Apple ID change

Hello,

Back in 2020 I got a cellphone from my job and I used my personal Apple ID to set up the phone but quickly ran into issues of people that have both my personal and work numbers texting me and it going to the wrong device and the same thing with calls. I logged out of my personal Apple ID on the work phone and made a work Apple ID and set up the work phone with that new Apple ID but when my sister goes to Facetime me it always goes to my work phone and not my personal phone and now our texts have been going only on my work phone. I have check to make sure the only send and receive numbers/ emails are the correct ones for each individual phone but I'm still having problems.
