What can I do to connect my iPhone 17 Pro Max to my Honda Accord 2025 SE because it isn’t supported yet?

What isn't supported yet?
If the head unit in the car doesn't support CarPlay, then you can't use CarPlay.
You should still be able to connect using bluetooth for calls and possibly music.
Check the owners manual for your car.
