Another item that may (or not) be an issue

+ you might not know when; if it happens.

..Missed calls can redirect into Voice-Mail..

With my XR iPhone, & newer iOS version this

was an issue. For me, I had to turn off the VM.

Other Settings incl. Wi-Fi have ghost effects too.

The area Service provider here, might be at fault.
