My Apple ID is signed in, but Sign-In & Security and iCloud are greyed out. It says ‘Account Details Unavailable’.
You may have ScreenTime restrictions in place:
Se what to do: If your Apple Account is grayed out in Settings, or you can't sign out - Apple Support
Else: Wondering which device or Mac you are using, and which OS version is installed.
Keeping OS version up-to-date often sidesteps issues that may arise. (Wise to back-up data first if updating OS)
If you haven't already:
You may want to try Logging in to your Apple Account online : https://account.apple.com/
There may be an explanation there,
or you may be able to check and / or update any necessary details there.
if you forgot your Apple Account password. see if you can reset it.
Eg: Try online at https://iforgot.apple.com/
or
See what to do if you see a message that your Apple Account is locked, not active, or disabled.
