Unable to send email from a Hide My Email address

I can't figure out how to send an email to an online vendor's support team from the Hide My Email address I used to register with that company. It's what they use to reference my account.

My regular ___@icloud.com addresses pop up in the From: field with no option to change it to the HME address I used to register with the company.

help?

Use an iCloud+ Subscription:

Do you have an iCloud+ subscription? If so, you'll need to have one in odrer to be able to associate your HME to your From textbox. Go here to get one: iCloud+ - Apple

Go Here: Use a Custom eMail Domain with Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support
As it Reads: Change the name that appears in the From field when you send mail from a custom address.
