Apple Intelligence not in iPhone 15 Pro Settings

Hi! I have an iPhone 15 Pro with the latest iOS.

I tried enabling Apple Intelligence, but it doesn't appear in Settings.

I've set my region and language settings, and reset the settings, but it still doesn't appear.

Please check if Apple Intelligence is available for my Apple ID.
