Hi, my Apple Developer Program subscription renewed automatically by mistake.
I canceled it immediately
I’m requesting a refund for the $98.99 charge.

The Developer Program is a completely different part of Apple. The forum to which you have posted is the consumer level, user to user support site (i.e., we are not Apple). Here is a link to Developer support and various ways to connect with Support:
