Mobile data not working specifically on my phone

My mobile data is not working specifically on my phone, i switched to esim even and it doesnt work. On other phones however, it works fine but as soon as its on my phone, it doesnt work. It either says sos only or no coverage. I have contacted the provider, and they didnt help much, and it might be because my mobile plan(tpg) merged with vodafone but that doesnt make sense. Anyone have any suggestions?
