Turning off Face ID after plastic surgery! Bandages are covering my face!!

I had plastic surgery on my face. My face is unrecognizable at this point so Face ID is not working. And I can’t turn it off because it needs to recognize my face to be able to turn it off. Secondly stolen device protection is turned on and I cannot turn it off either because it requires Face ID. With stolen device protection on I can’t turn off Face ID! So I’m stuck on some apps and mainly passwords that require Face ID to function. What are some options here? Thank you
