AirPods Pro 3 - One earbud intermittently fails to connect, shows as "charging in case" while in ear

This has been the issue since day one and there has been no solution provided. It doesn’t seem to be a contacts/hardware issue either because the light in the case blinks when you take an AirPod out or put one in.

Apple address this issue asap.
