Stopwatch on digital island doesn’t match full screen stopwatch.

I use my stopwatch every day for my daily meditations. On my iPhone 16 Pro Max, when the phone goes to sleep, the stopwatch moves to the digital island. However, when I tap on the digital island, it opens up the stopwatch with all zeros! Then shows it’s still running when it goes back to sleep on the digital island. This makes no sense. To build on that, if I start the stopwatch again after I tap the digital island, if it goes to sleep it will show two separate stop watches running!! It very tricky to get the stopwatch to properly reset. Does anyone else have this bug or know how to fix it?
