Numbers step controller not working in latest version

Yeah, it's not that you cannot use steppers at all. But when I have cells that do use steppers, I click on the up arrow, and the number continues to go down until it hits zero, and then clicking does nothing for a while, and then it suddenly begins to go up. IF I click in the open space between the up and down arrows however, it seems to function more "normal"

So by 'Not Functioning', it's more so that it's not functioning as expected.

Kind of light on details there.

Can you show an example of it not working, or at the very least explain how it differs from previous versions?

I admit I don't use steppers a lot, but they seem to work from what I can see, so maybe I'm not seeing the whole picture.

Seems to work fine in the one "latest version" (14.5) so I assume this must be the new Creative Studio version (15.1).
