How to use carplay with Siri disabled on iPhone 17 Pro?
Does anyone have issues with carplay while Siri turned off? Yesterday everything worked fine, there was no change to my iPhone or setting on my car, however today when I wanted to use carplay, which was always started when I started my car, I got a message that carplay requires Siri to be enabled. I use wireless connection to connect to carplay. I don’t want to enable Siri on anything I have. Siri is disabled on my Macbook Pro, my mac mini, and my iPhone 17Pro. I dont see any reason to enable Siri. I saw a previous discussion from November 2025 and someone suggested to the person who had the issue to use a cable to connect the phone to the car. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank
