TROUBLE WITH MY iPhone 16s since I downloaded the recent updates! I HATE THEM AND JUST WANT TO GO TO WHAT I HAD BEFORE THESE UPDATES!!

You can not downgrade iOS. If you would like to actually explain what's wrong, maybe we can help you solve the problem or find a way to workaround it.
Aside from some relatively minor changes to how things look, iOS 26 does not operate significantly differently from iOS 18.
