ChatGPT unable to upload files on all apple devices

I am unable to upload files to ChatGPT5.2 from any of my apple devices. I use OneDrive to manage my files. error message received is 'Failed upload to files.oaiusercontent.com. Please ensure your network settings allow access to this site or contact your network administrator.'

any suggestions

Can not duplicate this issue when using macOS 26.2 and Safari Version 26.2 (21623.1.14.11.9)


I can upload a .pdf .png, jpg, jpeg files to ChatGPT web interface


The above files are located on my Desktop or in my Documents folder


The error message you have provided is very telling " Please ensure your network settings allow access to this site or contact your network administrator.'


This seems to imply this computer maybe a Managed Computer ie enrolled in a Mobile Digital Management Service like iTunes or Jamf and others
