iPhone 15 camera stopped saving photos

The camera on my iPhone 15 stopped saving photos. I have verified that I have lots of storage and have the most updated iOS and restarted the phone several times. Has anyone else encountered and fixed this? We took the phone to the Verizon store and the reinstalled the operating system. It still doesn't work.

Camera not working after IOS 18.6 It’s been a minute since my phone updated I think, it does it automatically, but as of yesterday my camera doesn’t take photos, freezes up, and doesn’t work in third party apps. I’ve reset my phone and done about everything I can, so the only thing I can muster is a glitch with the new IOS update. Any ideas?

iPhone 14 Pro camera issues post IOS 26.2 update camera issues in iPhone 14 Pro. since IOS 26.2 update the camera stopped working properly. Time and again it will go blur and won’t allow to capture images/ videos from either front or rear/main camera unless I reboot the phone. this happens especially during or after FaceTime or Google meet usage that’s what I have noticed. please fix this, we pay a hefty amount to get an IPhone assuming to have a flawless experience, with such glitches, it’s annoying and frustrating. thank you for your time.

Have you tried a forced restart?

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

This is different from a simple Power Off. I had to continue holding the button down 5 or 10 seconds past the "slide to power off" message, and then I released the button only after the Apple Logo appeared indicating a re-start.
