iPhone 15 camera stopped saving photos

The camera on my iPhone 15 stopped saving photos. I have verified that I have lots of storage and have the most updated iOS and restarted the phone several times. Has anyone else encountered and fixed this? We took the phone to the Verizon store and the reinstalled the operating system. It still doesn't work.
