MacBook Air 2019 A1932 stuck in bootloop after unexpected shutdown during update

Hello my MacBook Air 13 inch 2019 A1932 Can't boot into recovery mode nor booting from a usb i also cant boot into the macos since it just restarts and bootloops it started when my mac shut down unexpectedly when it was updating. I suppose something got corrupted when it shut down (I have tried a NVRAM And A SMC Reset but no avail)
