How to cancel a dispute to get a refund?
I accidentally started a dispute was only wanting to request a refund and I need to cancel the dispute so I can receive my refund

What you are saying does not make sense. Opening a dispute is basically asking for a refund. If you cancel the dispute (refund request) then you are agreeing with Apple about the charge and no longer asking for a refund. So to me you are saying you need to cancel the refund request so you can request a refund.
Perhaps you could rephrase what it is you wish to do?
