iPhone 16 issue with Bluetooth to my cars head unit ..

Hi there. I have an issue with my iPhone 16 iOS 26.2.1 where my music via Spotify and Apple Music jumbles, skips through the song and like speeds up when I’m in my Hilux 2019. Same issue with downloaded music, so it’s not an internet issue. This also is an issue with using the iPhone to make calls. People can’t hear me properly and I’m really quiet or hard to hear, and I end up having to call them on Facebook messenger and it works fine. I can also use FaceTime perfectly fine with no issues in the car. This is my 3rd iPhone with the same Hilux and two iPhones 16s have had the same issue and my old iPhone 12 worked fine for years, but then roughly a year or so ago it started happening.

Toyota cannot find any issues with the head unit. I have the same issues in my partners Mazda CX5. I do not have car play. It’s all through Bluetooth. I have disconnected the iPhone and reconnected it to Bluetooth. I’ve got a new phone, nothing seems to work.
