I purchased a new IPad 3 weeks ago, and now want to redeem my 7 days free trial of apple tv. But when I click on the link, it says I have to pay $15.99.
Several months ago, I purchased an ITunes card, which gave me one weeks free trial of apple tv.
now its a different Ipad, but not getting free trial. still the same account and sign in.

This can be due to having a recent free trial several months ago. Problem with folks like Amazon and Best Buy offering free trial is they forget to tell you if you have not had a free trial within past xxxx months.
This varies like around Christmas the rule maybe so long as you have not had a free trial in past month, but n July it can be so long as you did not have a free trial in past 9 months.
