I know I deleted that, why can’t I clear space?

Ok, let’s try this again, read carefully, my device keeps telling me im out of space interrupting recordings, Not storing recordings, or notes.

generally acting bogged down, it’s a 16 and up to date, when I delete things I also clear recently deleted, when I do this my phone still says it’s out of space and doesn’t seem to get any better.

I think I know part of the reason why but it doesn’t make sense, videos that I have deleted are showing back up in my photos.

Anyone have any idea why this is happening and how to get my space back? I bought an adapter and 548G memory stick for transfer but when i connected it not seeing any options as to how I might utilize it.

Nonetheless deleted things randomly showing back up as it never deleted seems like a big deal, would’ve been fantastic when I lost 10 years of notes but was told once deleted things could never ever be recovered under any circumstances. So what’s going on here?
