Cannot find option to change forgotten Screen Time passcode

I forgot my Screen Time passcode. I’ve looked at other people’s recommendations, and everyone says to go to “Screen Time” in Settings, and then select “change screen time passcode.”

But I don’t have that option. How can I update my password?

Note: If I try to open any of these other menus on this page, it asks me to enter my passcode.
