How do I stop my iPhone 13 from highlighting words and entering Lock Screen code automatically?

My iphone13 has been doing unusual things for two days. I caught it highlighting certain words I text to a friend, it was so fast I barely caught it, the highlight was in red. And then yesterday my phone entered my lock screen code itself. It also went so quickly I almost missed it. (I'm sure I didn't catch a few things it's done). This is scary and new. Only 48hrs. I put my phone on lockdown from settings and checked my passcodes and WiFi hook ups. There were many in both I never entered. I deleted the ones I didn't recognize. Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know what's happening?
