Aptic feedback not included for segment running sessions

Creating a fartleck (or segment running session) for each end/start segments, the aptic feedback not working. For outdoors running sessions with other sounds like cars, people voice or other city sounds, the only vocal feedback is not enough. Aptic feedback should be included as standard feature for runners.
