Why do I have apple vision under my apps I don’t even have it Vision Pro

delete it. it's used to download apps if you have one and to preview Vision Pro content. it's not downloaded by default on your iPhone.

How do i delete it? Where is the actual file/app found besides being seen under the storage category?
'Apple Vision' is listed under my apps when I don't have Apple Vision Pro
