Brand new MacBook Pro M5 breaks after running local server (Claude Code?)

I’m seeing something really strange on a brand-new MacBook Pro M5.

Every time I run a local server using Claude Code, my Mac starts acting broken:

• Keyboard stops responding
• Apps like Keynote, Chrome, Terminal won’t open or instantly close
• Chrome says “application cannot be opened”

But here’s the weird part:

• Safari works perfectly
• Notes works fine
• System isn’t fully frozen, just… half dead

Everything is fully updated. A restart fixes it, but it happens again once I run the local server.
