Apple Relay Not Delivering Vinted Authentication Emails

I'm trying to withdraw money from my vinted account. I signed up and in to Vinted using apple relay - it is all set up to forward to my hotmail account but every confirmation email needed to get the authenticator code is going via this relay and not arriving at my inbox. Any ideas on how to solve the problem? Vinted have not been helpful.
