Yes, if you made an "Archive" backup of your phone at the time in 2023. To do this, you would have used a Mac or PC to back up and you would have specified that this was an Archive backup.

Unfortunately, even if you did make an Archive backup and you use that to restore data to your iPhone, your phone will now look just like it did on the date of the backup. You will lose any data that was added to the phone after that date.

Otherwise, a "regular" backup overwrites the last backup and so forth.

If you took a backup in 2023 it would need to be archived on your Mac. And if you did restore it you would lose everything else since 2023
