Firmware Update for MacBook Air 2020 with M1 chip

I have a MacBook Air 2020 with M1 chip. I have been running Sequoia 15.7.3. I was trying to figure out if I should update my IOS to Tahoe and I notices that there is an FIRMWARE update which doesn't specify which MacBook Airs should update. Should I update my firmware?

The firmware will automatically update if it is required by the MacOS update. You can't pick and choose.
