Cannot remove shortcut icons from 16 Pro Home Screen

16 Pro w/ v 26.2.1

Struggled to create shortcut from home page to access an exercise video (I named "salsa") contained in my "Photos". Total failure but what's even more maddening is that now I have two permanent icons sitting all the way up (between the hour and the power level and I can't get rid of them even though back in the Shortcuts app I have deleted my "Salsa" flops so I don't know where else to go to delete these shortcut icons. HELP!!!! Thank you in advance
