Peacock app and Apple bundle
I have chosen to bundle Peacock with Apple TV, however when I open Peacock it asks me to “Pick a Plan”. How do I avoid double billing?

Please contact Apple Support about setting up this bundle service. Contact Apple for support and service (phone numbers) or start your support request online (chat/email/callback).
They should be able to tell you what needs to be done (on your side or their side) to get this corrected.

Unfortunately, I have not received the email you are referring to. That completely makes sense but I have NO email. Yes, I checked my Spam and Junk folders. I have even canceled the subscription and tried renewing it again to generate an email. I get a quick notification the minute I confirm the message saying my purchase has been confirmed. I do not even receive a receipt for the purchase. I have a receipt for the subscription of Apple One on 2-1-2026 but no other email.

In case others have this same problem, the issue is unresolved and Apple opted to refund my money. This is an apparent known and unresolved issue.
