Anyone else experiencing issues with their PageFlip Firefly page turner since the last update? It is connecting via Bluetooth with no problems, however it no longer ‘works’. No problems using the pedal with my Windows Laptop or Samsung Android, just my iPad Pro since the upgrade to 26.2.1.

Here was their suggestion that worked for me: "For those customers with iPad Pro and the new Magic Keyboard accessory, there is an accessibility setting that you may choose to use called “Full keyboard access.” When this setting is enabled, all other accessories using computer keyboard profiles (including PageFlip pedals) are either ignored or the signals are swallowed up by iOS and not reported to the app. Turning this setting off restores functionality between the device and the app."

Ich hatte nach dem iOS-Update auf Version 26... ebenfalls Probleme mit meinem Pageflip Firefly. Ich habe zwar kein externes Keyboard und die Einstellung war bereits gemäss Vorschlag von vernonukuleleplayers auf Aus. Trotzdem war der Vorschlag nützlich, denn nachdem ich die Einstellung auf Ein und anschliessend wieder auf Aus gewechselt hatte, war das Problem halb gelöst. Im iOS 26... heisst diese Bedienungshilfen-Einstellung übrigens auf Deutsch "Tastatursteuerung" und auf Englisch "Full Keyboard Access".
Die andere Hälfte des Problems betraf die Texteingabe, für welche nach dem Update kein Fenster für die Tastaturanwahl mehr erschien. Hierfür gibt es aber im Handbuch zum Pageflip Firefly einen Workaround: Wenn beim Arbeiten mit dem Pageflip-Gerät ein Text eingegeben werden muss und der Cursor im Textfeld steht, muss man den Modus-Auswahlschalter am Pageflip nochmal drücken (der Taster direkt über der blinkenden Modus-LED) und die Tastatur erscheint für eine Eingabe.
Just looked at the app and their web page. They haven’t updated their app in a year and that could be the problem. Contact them and see if they can help.
Contact the manufacturer of the device, it’s their responsibility to ensure their device works with iOS.
They might need to update their app or firmware.

Thanks, David. I was able to get it functioning after making a change in the IOS settings. I turned off the automatic updates on my other IPAD Pro so I wouldn't encounter the same issue.
