Apple Watch Series 7 not mirroring iPhone 16 Pro

Apple Watch Series 7 iPhone 16 pro

I’m unable to get watch to mirror phone. I’ve gone to phone settings/ accessibility/to watch mirroring but no result. I’ve turned the phone off. Restarted. Only Activity ring, time and date appear. Is there another way to get the watch to mirror the phone? I have a MacBook Pro
