Apple Watch Ultra 3 cardiovascular health

I’m having an issue with my Apple Watch Ultra 3: the cardiovascular health data is not updating on my iPhone 16 Pro.
Did you already try to force restart your iPhone and Apple Watch?

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.
