Apple Music showing incorrect Family members account information

We have a family with 3 members. I (Member 1) am the organizer. I've signed up for Apple Music Family account. When Member 3 logs in to Apple Music, they see Member 2's account information (playlists, artists, etc). Member 2's profile and name appear in Apple Music when Member 3 logs in.


For troubleshooting: We have confirmed that all 3 members have their correct account info in "Media & Purchases". All 3 members have logged out and back into their accounts. I've deleted and restarted the "Family", inviting Member 2 and 3 individually, with the same results.


For some reason Member 3 is *always* getting logged into Music app as Member 2.


This is tearing my Apple Family apart and I'm anxious to compete transition to Apple Music, please help!
