Cellular Data Beng Eaten Up:

Turn Off Cellular, when you don't need it. If that doesn't make the fix, then I'd contact your Cellular Carrier, and tell them what is occurring here. You might be streaming iTunes items in loops, or downloading all of iCloud Drive items.

I’ve over 10,000 and it’s just 1 Gb of data. Sounds like something else might be going on.
