Unable to restore iPad from Finder backup on MacBook

I Can Not Restore My Ipad From The System Image I Took On My Macbook 

I connected Ipad to Macbook via cable then I took the system image via Macbook like this;

“Finder - Left Panel - Ipad - back up all of the data on your ipad to this mac - Back up now”

The backup file exists on the Downloads folder now. 

Now I try to restore the ipad from this particular system image like this;

Step 1) “Finder - Left Panel - Ipad - General - Restore Ipad”

When I do this It downloads something to Macbook

Step 2) Then this screen comes up 

and It does NOT allow me to choose my “System Image file”

There are only some automatic backups as options presented.

How can I restore my Ipad from my system image?
