this file on my mac was called digital_human and it had this document called template.js and and it has symbols like �
and others so please tell what this is?

The exact location of the file is likely to tell you more about the app/website that used it, and where it came from, than the contents of the generic template.js file. The symbol you posted means the picture could not be loaded. Either the image is no longer being stored locally, or it is attempting to access the image on a web server where it cannot be found. With the ".js" (JavaScript) file format, I would lean to it more likely being a web related image.
I don't think anyone can tell from the description. There just isn't enough information to determine its source or its purpose.
