How do I delete iOS updates on my iPad?

If you're asking whether you can downgrade from iPadOS 26 to a previous version, such as iOS 18, the answer is no. Downgrading has never been supported. You can, however, ask people here specific questions about the things you're having trouble with. You may find that once you learn more about the newer version, it will be easier to navigate.
