Cannot Transfer Old iPhone to a New One
Hi! I have a problem with transferring my mom's old iPhone to her new one. Her old phone is an iPhone 14 Pro Max, and the new one is 17 Pro Max. I can't transfer all of her data, so it's just her iCloud with no other applications. I recently upgraded my old iPhone to iPhone 17, and I had no issues with transferring all my data (all the stuff I had in my old phone is all in my new phone). I have tried 3 times to transfer her data, but the first two attempts didn't transfer any data, so they were just like logging in to her Apple ID- while the latest one only transferred her iCloud files. Is there any way I can fix this? Because I can't seem to go further from the "Hello!" screen... Thank you!
