Anyone having issues with their AppAdvice app. Mine seems to be down and has been for at least a couple of weeks. It’s gone down before but only for a few days at a time at best. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no movement.
Just to fill out Retro-iOS-gamer’s answer, AppAdvice suddenly posted this on twitter on 23 January 2026:
“Effective immediately, AppAdvice’s operation has officially been discontinued. We want to thank each and every one of our supporters for all the great years and apps.“
That’s it. No explanation, no further info. They put a blog post up but it became inaccessible almost immediately
It was odd because they’d only just posted that day’s apps 2 hours earlier, then they shut down
