This support article says M1 or higher CPU / SOC.
So, no work on a Mac Mini (6,1). No patch or hack for this?

A 6,1 Mac mini is a 2012 model. That's almost 14 years old at this point.
The iPhone Mirroring app requires at least macOS Sequoia so no, it's not possible to use it on something officially running at most Catalina.
We cannot offer hacks or other non supported methods of getting it to work in this official Apple Support forum.
The best you can try, is to open Quicktime on your Mac, and with the iPhone connected and unlocked, click on File ➜ New Recording. From the Recording screen click on the down arrow next to the red record button and select your iPhone from the list of devices.
That will let you see the iPhone screen on your Mac, but you'll still have to control it and perform any actions directly on the iPhone.
