How do I report an unauthorized iCloud+ payment and missing storage upgrade?
Money deducted through autopay for iCloud yet it doesnt show in the support tab of apple for filling a refund for it and neither do i have received the upgraded storage. This is highly unacceptable from a company like apple to run such scams. I have mailed regarding the same on india_support@apple.com, which asks me to raise a ticket on the report a problem tab, i would have done that if this would be actually shown over there in the payments history, that doesn’t shoe receiving this payment, and i dont get to report as well as i dont get my upgraded storage.
i need a resolution to this, being a student my money matters to me. Shame on apple.
