AirTag and HomeKit devices don’t show up on my Apple Watch

My 2nd gen. AirTag doesn’t show up on my Apple Watch Series 10 WiFi in the “find items” app for some reason. The same issue persists in the “home” app with my HomeKit devices and my Apple TV; the app is just completely empty. All of my things do show up normally on my iPhone 12. Any way to fix this? I’ve tried rebooting and re-pairing my Apple Watch and my iPhone both of which didn’t work
