Apple Music Windows not allowing me to Sign In

My Apple Music app on my windows laptop is not allowed me to login. I pay for a subscription, and used to be signed in. It told me to sign back in and now gives me this pop up no matter what I do.

I ran as administrator, uninstalled and reinstalled, terminate/repair in windows settings. I deleted all PCs on my phone to try to authorize, and I get the same sign in failed pop-up when i try to authorize. I don't want to have to buy a mac just to use Apple Music.

Re: Apple Music Windows not allowing me to Sign In

Seems verification fails when you try to log-in to Apple Music on the PC (after deleting PC's from iPhone):

You may want to try logging in to your online Apple Account on the PC. ie: https://account.apple.com/

You can likely get a verification code from the iPhone, to enter from the PC (so Apple can now "trust" the PC).

See how to: Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support

Please Note: It may take some time for the change to come into effect, (restarting can sometimes help).

Once PC is ok for signing in to your Apple Account, you may want to try again:

With the Apple Music app open:

Click "Sign in" at the bottom of the sidebar

Sign in to your Apple Account

Then Apple support's online article (link below) may be helpful:
