As long as it says it outputs to speakers over bluetooth it should work.

It's going to be very hard to find ones that actually say they connect to AirPods that's just being too specific. More likely they'll may mention connection to bluetooth headphones (generic), but even if they just mention speakers it should still work, same general protocol.

The R300 and the Gueray both mention connection to headphones or speakers over bluetooth. The Phillips alternative does mention this you are correct.
